Ingredients

_IMG1425.jpg
  • 5 Tablespoon of Mido’s Miso

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 Stalk of Green Onion

  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup or other type of sweetener

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1-2 Tablespoon of water (depends on Miso’s consistency )

Direction

  1. Mince garlic and chop green onions to 1/8 inch, and set aside on  separate dishes

  2. In a bowl, mix the Miso, maple syrup and 1 Tablespoon of water.  If the mixture is still thick and pasty, add a little more water and adjust till the mixture is runny but not too watery.

  3. In a small/medium frying pan, pour the oil, and add minced garlic.

  4. Turn the stove medium low heat, and add the chopped green onions once the garlic starts bubbling in the oil .  Saute it until it absorbs the oils, and the green onion changes the color to the darker green, and turn the heat off

  5. While the pan is still warm, add the Miso mixture from #2 and mix well all together.

  6. You can eat it right away.  Once it cools down, keep in the air tight container and refrigerator.  Enjoy it as topping for your rice, meat, and vegetables  dip.  It is YUMMMMMMY.
