Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons  of Mido’s Shio Koji

  • 300g of thin sliced pork (any part you like)

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Mido’s Miso

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of ginger grated

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon of water

  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil/ Sesame Oil

  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Pour Shio Koji on the pork in a container that has a top, massage it for a few seconds and close the top, then  put it in the refrigerator to marinade pork for 30 min-overnight.

  2. Pour oil in a frying pan, and sautee the pork.  Watch it closely, since Shio Koji is easy to charr and burn.

  3. Meanwhile, mix Miso, grated ginger, maple syrup and water.  If it's too pasty, then add water little by little and adjust till its like sauce consistency

  4. Once the pork is cooked and nicely charr colored, turn the heat off, then add the Miso & Ginger Mixture into the pan

  5. Plate with veggies along with rice and Miso soup is a great combination
