Of course, it keeps the chickpea miso’s natural sweetness, yet the deeper flavor from the longer aging taste is suited perfectly for this chilly winter season. Very versatile, just put some on the bread with butter, a little mix with mayo as a dip, and of course great addition to any type of soup including ramen broth.
